SUBSCRIPTION TERMS OF USE

Your use of the LC Pin Emporium subscription website is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Subscription Terms of Use"). By accessing any areas of this website (which includes free best efforts weekly newsletters), you agree to be legally bound and to abide by Subscription Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Subscriptions Terms of Use, you should not use the subscription offered. Acceptance of terms through registration and use

By registering to and using this website, you agree to all terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced in Subscription Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Subscription Terms of Use, please do not register with or use this site. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or revise these Subscription Terms of Use. Please check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of this Site following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1. Access and Use

LC Pin Emporium is split into two sections. Areas and levels of access that are: (1) limited access via Bronze; and (2) unlimited access to Gold subscribers.
All of LC Pin Emporium website content belongs to Verle Malik who owns all intellectual property rights (including copyright rights) and content may be used for your personal, non-commercial use:
- retrieve and display LC Pin Emporium content on any compatible device;
- print a single copy of individual articles on paper (but not photocopy them);
- email the article appearing on LC Pin Emporium to a maximum of twenty individuals;
- store such articles in electronic form on disk or on a mobile device (but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network);
- use spidering technology to search and link to LC Pin Emporium, provided that you do not infringe the Restrictions on Use below.

Restrictions on Use: You may not use LC Pin Emporium for any unlawful purpose. Except as expressly set out above, you may not copy, reproduce, publish, broadcast, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works of, store, archive, publicly display or in any way commercially exploit any of the LC Pin Emporium content. Without limitation, you may not do any of the following without prior written permission from Lion Verle Malik (and neither may you allow a third party to do any of the same):

- with the exception of personal, non-commercial use and redistribute any of the LC Pin Emporium content, including headlines (including by using it as part of any syndication, content aggregation, news aggregation, library, archive or similar service);
- remove the copyright notice from any copies of LC Pin Emporium content made under these terms and conditions;
- create a database in electronic or structured manual form by systematically and/or regularly downloading, caching, printing and storing all or any of the LC Pin Emporium (by spidering or otherwise); - frame, harvest or scrape the LC Pin Emporium or otherwise access LC Pin Emporium Content for similar purposes.

Linking: If you would like to link to LC Pin Emporium please read and comply with the following guidelines and all applicable laws. A site or service that links to LC Pin Emporium:

· may display an LC Pin Emporium logo;

· may link to the homepage of LC Pin Emporium, and on an ad hoc, non-systematic basis deeplink to other pages of LC Pin Emporium;

· must not be a site or service that infringes any intellectual property or other right of any person or that otherwise does not comply with all relevant laws and regulations;

· must not be a site or service that contains content that could be construed as distasteful or offensive.

LC Pin Emporium reserves the right to require that any link in breach of these Subscription Terms of Use be removed and to take whatever other action it deems appropriate.

At Work Use: If you are using LC Pin Emporium and your use extends beyond personal, non-commercial use then you should contact Lion Verle Malik to discuss your business requirements, since it is possible that your use of LC Pin Emporium extends beyond what is permitted by these Subscription Terms of Use. In particular, all requests to republish, redistribute or syndicate LC Pin Emporium, whether headlines, full text articles (or parts thereof) or the right to use LC Pin Emporium content internally within your business (for example, as part of a regular information dissemination service or on a company Intranet) or any external use that you may make (for example, within client reports or briefings) should be addressed to us, as such use falls outside the scope of use permitted by these Subscription Terms of Use.

2. Privacy Policy and Registration

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or disclose your personal information to others without your prior consent. We do share aggregated user information with certain third parties. For example, we may share aggregated site traffic patterns or aggregated survey data, but not in any way that would enable any third party to identify information about individual users.

All information received by you from your use of LC Pin Emporium will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

On registration, you must provide LC Pin Emporium with accurate, complete registration information and it is your responsibility to update and maintain changes to that information.

Each registration is for a single user only. On registration, you will choose a Password, or the Password will be provided to you by Lion Verle Malik in case of the registration not made through the online registration form. LC Pin Emporium does not permit any other person sharing your Username and Password or access through a single Username being made available to multiple users. LC Pin Emporium may suspend your access if you do this without further obligation to you.

You are responsible for all use of LC Pin Emporium made by you or anyone else using your ID and for preventing unauthorized use of your Username. If you believe there has been any breach of security such as the disclosure, theft or unauthorized use of your Username or any payment information, you must notify Lion Verle Malik. We recommend that you do not select an obvious Password (such as your name) and that you change it regularly.

3. Registration and Security

When you register to become a LC Pin Emporium Member, you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself, such as your name, telephone number and address. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering to become a LC Pin Emporium Member. This information will be subject to our Privacy Policy. Once you have completed the registration form and the payment is received from you, you will be allowed to access areas in accordance with the selected subscription plan. As discussed in our Privacy Policy, it is important that you keep your Password confidential at all times and not share them with anyone.

LC Pin Emporium is obliged to take all reasonable precautions to ensure that your account is secure and that your personal details are not accessible to any third party operating in the normal course of business. With regard to your payment card details, these will be held securely by PayPal payment platform and will not be stored or be available via the LC Pin Emporium site. Your card details will be carried out over secure connections. With regard to other personal information, such as your name, address, etc. this will be accessible by you using your PayPal account over a standard internet connection. Details of account status and date of your subscription expiration can be obtained with your Username only. LC Pin Emporium must not and will not knowingly discuss or disclose your account or any of your personal details with, or act upon any request made in relation to your account by any person who does not provide your full proof of identity or accountholder authority. Where login details are unavailable and cannot be retrieved, verification of other personal details will be accepted. LC Pin Emporium is entitled to monitor activity on your account, and if this activity suggests that your Password may have become compromised, access must be suspended to protect your personal details. LC Pin Emporium will then issue you with a new Password and reactivate your account within 24 hours.

4. Individual Subscription

Subject to receipt of the appropriate account creation fee submitted through an authorized payment processor, bank transfer or check, the LC Pin Emporium is obliged to offer you an account. Each individual subscriber will be required to complete our online or paper based subscription form. In the event of any problem with the online account creation (whether caused by computer failure or user error) LC Pin Emporium will create an account manually for you within 24 hours of receipt of communication from you outlining the problem and providing filled in paper bases subscription form with the details of your payment.

The prices for one year Individual Subscriptions are as follows:

· Bronze Subscription - $7.00

· Gold Subscription - $10.00

You agree to pay any subscription fees at the rates which are provided on LC Pin Emporium. The subscription price is set out on the pages which contain our subscription process.

Individual subscription renewal is provided under the same conditions described as above. An email alert is sent to each subscriber prior to the subscription expiration date, however we are not responsible for the delivery of these emails once they have been sent from and left our server due to the policies and functioning of other companies and systems that they rely on for email delivery (for instance, anti-spam filtering on user's computer or email account; user's email account being over quota, etc.). Total of 2 renewal notices are sent to each subscription account holder (or billing contact if specified): 1 month and 14 days prior to the subscription expire date. We are not responsible for the delivery of the renewal notices once they have been sent via email.

The subscription plan can be changed on renewal. If you would like to change your subscription plan before the current subscription expire date, please refer to Section 5.

5. Changing Subscription Plan

Existing subscribers may upgrade their subscription plan only if they are already registered to the Bronze subscription plan. The subscription plan cannot be changed from Gold subscription to the Bronze subscription plan.

6. Canceling Subscription and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription within 30 days of your subscription start date. The balance on the remaining period of service will be refunded. In case the payment has been processed by credit card, the refund is credited to the credit card account holder. In case the payment has been received by check or bank transfer, the refund amount is sent to the payer by check. Refunds will not be made if payment details are not provided, if you do not identify yourself sufficiently, or if your communication does not reach us due to factors beyond our control.

7. Payment Policy and Security

You must provide us with complete and accurate payment information. You can pay by credit card via PayPal. In the case of unauthorized payments LC Pin Emporium reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription. If you are paying online your subscription will be activated immediately upon receipt of your payment.

Any payment information you send to us over the Internet is encrypted using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer technology. Online payment is processed by the PayPal Payflow link. SSL is currently the preferred method to securely transfer credit card data over the Internet.

Payments can also be made by check. To send us a check payment you need to mail it to: Lion Verle Malik, 112 Racey Ridge Drive, Winchester, VA 22602. Your subscription will be activated within 24 hours after your payment is received.

All fees are paid in USD or equivalent which is calculated at the currency exchange rate at the date of payment.

8. Service Reimbursement

Lion Verle Malik is responsible to fix any technical faults on LC Pin Emporium of which it is aware or informed. We are responsible to compensate any failures with your access to LC Pin Emporium only in case of the failure resulted in technical faults on our end. Lion Verle Malik is not responsible to compensate any failures to access LC Pin Emporium that resulted in your using wrong access information or providing incorrect or incomplete address information.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL LC PIN EMPORIUM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF (I) THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, THE SERVICE, OR THE CONTENT, (II) ANY TRANSACTION CONDUCTED THROUGH OR FACILITATED BY THE SITE; (III) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE SITE, THE SERVICE AND/OR THE CONTENT, (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, OR (V) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SITE, THE SERVICE, OR THE CONTENT, EVEN IF KODAK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITE, THE SERVICE, THE CONTENT, OR WITH THE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.

BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, LC PIN EMPORIUM'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED AND WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUDED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUT SHALL, IN NO EVENT, EXCEED $10.00

10. General Provisions

a. Entire Agreement/No Waiver. These Subscription Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject subscription services. No waiver by LC Pin Emporium of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.

b. Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies. The Content may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. LC Pin Emporium therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update the Content at any time without prior notice. LC Pin Emporium does not, however, guarantee that any errors, inaccuracies or omissions will be corrected.

c. Enforcement/ Choice of Law/ Choice of Forum. If any part of this Agreement is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not impact any other provision of this Agreement, all of which will remain in full force and effect. Any and all disputes relating to this Agreement, your use of the Site, or the Content are governed by, and will be interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions.

d. Claims of Copyright Infringement. Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Lion Verle Malik.
